My 2 yo daughters hearing test shows she passed 25 db hl for narrow band noise at 1000hz and 2000hz for at least one ear and did not respond to narrow band noise at 25 db hl at 500hz and 4000hz ?

Fluid?: She could have fluid from cold or congestion that takes a while to resolve. If she is developing in her speech normally would not worry. If there is any concern about speech she should get a formal hearing eval, not just a screen. Screens, especially in the young are not that reliable.
