First, the mild loss: Of lumbar lordosis is a finding, not a diagnosis. It is usually associated with a muscular spasm which can be from multiple diagnoses related to back problems like a muscle pull or disc problem or to non back issues like a kidney stone. If the pain is that severe you need to see a physician who can evaluate you and make a proper diagnosis and treat it appropriately.
