Unusual: You are pretty young to have those kind of degenerative changes. I am concerned that there are some underlying metabolic/hormonal/ nutritional issues. I would get a thorough work up by your internist. There are a variety of treatment options including balloon kyphoplasty to restore t12 height, calcium supplements and corrective surgeries only if you are symptomatic. I would start with pt.

What symptoms?: The pain associated with these findings is treatable and usually does well with a conservative approach. Spondylosis is a generic term that basically means "aging of the spine." everyone gets it does not have to be painful. Does well with anti- inflammatories and physical therapy. These help muscle spasm/posture (lordosis loss). If vertebral collapse painful, brace or injection. See physiatrist.
