See doctor: Water loss is not only from urine, but also from skin, breathing, stool, etc. At 140 kg, among other things, I have serious concerns about mouth breathing and obstructive sleep apnea (also restrictive breathing) in addition to fluid loss with sweating. An evaluation by the primary care physician would be a great place to start looking for problems associated with this degree of weight gain.
