Think 1st then do it: While medical establishment uses body mass index to determine normal vs overweight vs obesity, waistline & body fat percentage are just as, if not more, important. I assume you're 6'3" & 83kg = 183lbs which means "normal" bmi 22.9 so you're describing "skinny fat". Avoid "heavy" weights for now. Learn technique for high intensity interval training w/body weight exercises using pushups pull-ups etc.
