Vinegar on Skin: Vinegar on skin will in no way lead to any weight loss, shrinkage of fat or any other benefit. It may very well damage the skin causing scarring and dryness. This is one of the most bizarre ways 'to lose weight' I have ever been presented in my twenty years in medicine to lose weight. It is 100% unlikely to be of any benefit.
