Vaso vagal reaction: If you are young and healthy, this is the most likely explanation. You likely felt weak and sweaty afterwards. This often happens to people at church services. If you had unusual symptoms prior to the episode such as racing heart beat, severe headache, fever or pain then see your family physician.
