Hard to say: First: Sorry, but your grammar and spelling are poor enough that your question is hard to understand. Second, who is the person who told you it was bppv? Please repost your question and include the answer given to you by the person who told you before that this was bppv; or, if you haven't asked that person, please state why not.

Help. Irr heartbeat, feel floaty light flashes, jerky eye movements inability to focus eyes quick, dizziness 10+/day, verge of faint imbalance.
Feeling in head like blood rushing..Vibrating like with faintness and dizziness. Feels like it has to do with my eye movement...Simply moving eyes.
Doc says I have BPPV as I had two vertigo wake up sessions, I feel better now but I am woozy all day and have weak left arm at times is this BPPV?
I have been having bouts of vertigo, other than bppv what could it be? Also my eyes don't move when this happens.
