Sit, Don't Crouch: This is very common and unless you are a professional catcher for a baseball team, or like to hide in the bushes at the public park, you might be able to adjust to it by not crouching for so long (compressing your leg blood vessels) and/or getting up more slowly. Also stay hydrated and lay of the drugs. That aside, if it really worries you get your blood pressure tested at a local clinic.
