Go to ER!: If you have taken 10 puffs of your rescue inhaler, have done it correctly, and are not getting relief of your symptoms, you belong in an emergency room. Your airways could be so constricted or swollen that the medicine can't get where it needs to help you out. You need evaluation and you need it now!
