Exercise: Aerobic exercises such as walking, cycling. Etc. Are the best way to strengthen the heart. To be effective, target heart rate should be between 50-70% of the age appropriate max heart rate. Lot of ways: First have good balanced diet with fresh fruits & vegetables , regular progressive exercises , control blood pressure, sugar , cholesterol, of course stress free life , additional help having good genes , sorry it is not under your control !
