Absolutely!: Because of a condition called anosognosia (where the brain does not recognize that it has a problem), it is not uncommon for people to say they don't have anorexia nervosa when they do. But there are other medical causes of weight loss, food intolerance and even vomiting, so get diagnosed by someone who knows what they are doing!
