What are the signs/symptoms of colon cancer?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Varies per person.: Signs and symptoms of colon cancer include: a change in bowel habits (including diarrhea or constipation or a change in the consistency of stool), rectal bleeding or blood in stool, persistent abdominal discomfort (like cramps, gas or pain), a feeling that bowels do not empty completely, weakness / fatigue, and unexplained weight loss. Many people with early colon cancer experience no symptoms.
