What are the different signs of colon cancer?

They can vary.: In older patients, physicians presume that "rectal bleeding is colon cancer until proven otherwise". Worrisome signs can include pain, diarrhea, constipation, blockage of the intestine, weakness, fatigue, weight loss, and even an enlarging lump that can be felt under the skin. These signs don't necessarily mean that one has colon cancer. The goal is to find colon cancer before any signs appear.

Variable: Sometimes, without having any symptoms and the cancer is found during the screening colonoscopy. However, it could be presented with rectal bleeding, abdominal pain with nausea and vomiting-related to tumor size- that blocks the colon lumen, changing in bowel movemen-diarrhea/constipation, change in the caliber of stool, weight loss, decrease apetite etc.
