I passed flat stool today. it was normal diameter and colour, but flat in appearance. i feel generally fine with no other symptoms. i am slightly worried it is a sign of colon cancer. can you please advise me?

Shape and size of stools can vary. As long as it is not black dont worry . It should normalize in shape soon.
