When i lay down i can see the location of my ovaries. is this normal?

No: Your ovaries should not be visible in any position. If they are so enlarged that they are causing a protrusion of your abdominal wall, then you should see a gyn doctor asap! it is possible that you are seeing something that is protruding near where your ovaries are. For example, uterine fibroids can be visible when lying down.
