Needs evaluation: Pain on the lower right side is concerning for appendicitis. If the pain is severe or you have fever, nausea or vomiting you should be seen in the emergency room. Otherwise schedule a visit for an exam and sonogram to evaluate for bladder infections, stds, ovarian cysts and other causes of pelvic pain. Btw- it is good to see a dfw person here on ht :).
