No not from IVs: No it can not be from the iv, it may be from the antibiotics you might have received or from infe ction in gastro intestinal system.We really can not tell you what is the cause of diarrhea in your case without knowing what was the reason for you being in the hospital and what tests were done and what the result was and what were your discharge instruction , but ivs will not cause diarrhea.
