Left sided chest pai: You did not give your age left sided chest pain which is worse on walking suggests that you may have angina pectoris, which is caused by partial blockage of coronaro arteries due to elevated cholesterol over the years called atherosclerosis, when you do any kind of exertion heart needs more oxygen and due to the blockage you get chest pain.It is a serious symptom and you need to see a cardiologist.
