You stay the same..: You maintain your weight! if you put on muscle, and keep your weight constant, you have become leaner: this is a constant goal of exercise. You need to get adequate protein, and i usually recommend a blend of weight training with cardio. 4-5 x per week. 45m is optimal! if you maintain a high protein intake but calories, you will lose fat faster, but you will more slowly add muscle.
