See details: Almost any aerobic activity is worth it including running, playing sports., cycling, swimming, walking, etc. Anything that gets them off the couch, away from the computer and outside the house.

Aerobic activity: Is so important of any kind: biking, running, walking, swimming, hiking...Get those heart rates elevated on a routine basis!
