A member asked:

I heard that only ten percent of ppl in the world are supinators..is this true & if so, why?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No, Everyone can: Supination is a type of muscle movement of the elbow, like flexing and extending. You supinate when you turn your palm up. Everyone can do this, unless there is a muscle or nerve injury. Supination can also refer to a way of walking so that pressure is unevenly distributed against the outside of the foot, causing pain.
