Get Support: We ideally get enough support as we grow up, but few are that lucky. Many need more (some ongoing) support to become and maintain self-confidence ; esteem. Trust is ultimately in oneself - others' behavior is beyond our control. We need to make good choices ; survive disappointments. Therapy and support groups can really help in this process.
