Yes, bilaterally!: If both people feel and show gratitude for the presence of the other in their lives, it supports their relationship immensely. So many take each other for granted, and this feels bad when it happens to you. It also feels bad when you do it to your partner. Heart-felt gratitude keeps things alive and flowing between you.
