Help please. could aquaphor hide my 10 year old scar?

No but makeup may: Aquaphor is essentially vaaseline and mineral oil mixed together to make it easy to apply. Although fresh or open wounds may benefit from the occlusive properties of aquaphor, it is unlikely to provide any camouflage effect. Makeup is much better for this purpose.
