Patience: Your doctor is right not to be worried. These "baby rashes" go away over time and nothing really speeds that up. Too much meddling can cause bigger problems. Leave the "acne" alone. It will go away - it takes TIME.

Mild eczema: possible mild eczema. You may try nevea cream. You may also use over the counter 1% hydrocortisone cream with the knowledge of your pediatrician
