There is always hope: If you open yourself to feedback from a therapist who is willing to give you honest & direct information about how you relate to others, & put that feedback into practice by challenging your evaluations of people & situations & acting differently, there is always hope. The biggest challenge with the disorders you mention is defensiveness. Put your fear aside! most of our fears are not real!

Therapy: With intensive, long term therapy and medications, it is possible. I would recommend psychoanalysis.
