Possible fever: Without more information will provide some basics. Insure that she hydrates well- especially with water. For a temp > 104, she should be medically evaluated. Difficulty breathing, chest pain or severe abdominal pain would warrant immediate eval. Allow her to rest. NSAID's or acetaminophen can be considered to increase comfort.
