Not directly: Sinus infections may occasionally lead to other infections within the skull, including sub or epidural empyema, brain abscess, and rarely thromboses of the venous sinuses. These can be responsible for a wide variety of neurologic manifestations, but tingling in the feet or hands would be distinctly unusual.

Sinus infection: Hello. Sinus infection symptoms typically occur with nasal congestion, thick nasal drainage, facial pressure/pain, altered smell, dental pain and fatigue. Feet and hand nerve sensations are typically not associated with a sinusitis.
