Many possibilities: . . . too many possible causes. This would not be the best venue to get this question answered. WBC's elevate for many reasons--some more harmless than others. They are made in your bone marrow, and might be an indication of a problem there. OR, since the WBC goes up during stress/inflammation, it may not be related to your bone marrow at all. This is why you need a more thorough evaluation.
