Hemorrhoids are: Treated by family docs, GI docs and surgeons. Your best bet is someone who does sclerotherapy routinely. Most commonly its done by colorectal surgeons.

General Surgeon: I would recommend that you have this performed by either a General Surgeon or a Colorectal Surgeon (who is a general surgeon with additional fellowship training). Make sure that they are board-certified and that they have experience in these sort of treatments. Discuss alternatives as well, such as hemorroid banding or surgery.
