Prolapse hemorrhoids: The non- surgical options to manage hemorrhoids are based around controlling the stool to achieve, softer, smaller more frequent bowel movements. The surgical options are multiple. Okay to get a surgical consult, take a friend or family member with you.

Op or Non Op: "best" really depends on what your goals are. Hemorrhoids are much more of a nuisance than a danger to your life. Very rarely do people die from hemorrhoids.
