are the symptoms of celiac disease and vitimin b12 deficiency alike?

Not really but: Celiac disease causes malabsorption and can cause vit deficiency and that will produce symptoms and signs of the vit B12 deficiency in untreated patients. These are two different conditions with different cause and there is nothing in common as celiac disease can cause in some cases vit B12 deficiency if not treated with gluten free diet. B12 deficiency causes anemia and neurological disorders.
