Are you supposed to tape up a finger with rsi?

See your doctor: Taping is a good way to rest the finger that is symptomatic with repetitive strain injury . Resting the joint, ice and anti-inflamitory medications maybe helpful. This should be done under the guidance of your physician or physical therapist.
