A member asked:

Suffering from rsi injuries including chronic tendonitis of multiple fingers and shoulder blade trigger points.even after 4 months therapy, healing is too slow/weak muscles. any blood tests recommend?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

RSI: Repetitive strain injuries occur to the musculoskeletal and nervous systems caused by repetitive tasks, forceful exertions, vibrations, compressions, etc. They respond to reduced use at the site, physical therapy, anti-inflammatories, etc. Blood tests are not likely to be of much value. You need to be seen by a sports doctor or rheumatologist, etc. And a program for treatment developed. Good luck.
