Get some rest: Your symptoms are varied, not specific to one unifying diagnosis. It may be a virus. Try to get some rest (at least 8 hrs each night), drink plenty of fluids the next couple days. Use acetaminophen (Tylenol) for any fever, or ibuprofen for body aches/pains/headache. See a doctor for advice about treating migraines. Be sure to eat plenty of fruits and veggies, and avoid fast/processed foods!
