If your: Prolactin level is elevated, it needs to be investigated and treated if necessary. High prolactin levels can lead to weight gain, abnormal menses, breast secretion and infertility. Talk w/your doctor. There is medication available to lower elevated prolactin levels if necessary.

Good healthy diet: There is nothing you can eat that will alter prolactin levels. Why are they elevated? Have you been evaluated by your doctor, looking for pituitary tumor, hypothyroidism, medicine side effects, etc.? There is medication that can lower prolactin if necessary, but get your evaluation first.
