Ok: If i understand your situation correctly you are getting dentures for the first time in your life. Are you having teeth removed the same day due to decay and or periodontal disease or due to financial reasons ? This is a very difficult time for you. I hope you are seeing a specialist like a prosthodontist who have explained all your options for you. Good luck.

What's the Question?: Sorry to hear you are getting full dentures at such a young age. Perhaps later on you can get a few dental implants to keep your jaw bone from resorbing/melting away since you have no teeth to stimulate the bone biology.

Dentures: I understand that new dentures a big step. I wish i can give you some advise. However, since I am not sure what the question is, i would suggest you to give your dentist a phone call. Schedule a consultation appointment. Even if it is a second or third one. The more you understand the process, the better it is for you. If you still have questions after that, i will be here to help.

How can I help: I am not sure by what you mean. If this is your first set your dentist should prepare you as to what to expect. Dentures are not like natural teeth as they are at best 30% as efficient as natural teeth. That being said many people use them effectively. You should also look into dental implants as well.
