Seek consultation wi: Enlarged lymph nodes can be caused by many different causes. You should go and see a hematologist who is a blood specialist dealing with such problems. You need to be sure that it is not a lymphoma which is a cancer of the lymph nodes. Do don't panic unless there is a biopsy proof of cancer. Moreover lymphoma is a treatable/curable type of cancer.
