Need an examination: You need a doctor to examine you and confirm if you have enlarged lymph nodes and try to find the cause. It can be due to some infections. Sometimes it is cancer of the lymph glands called lymphoma. Only your doctor can help you..So go and see him/her. If you do not have a doctor you need to find one soon.
