No: The short answer is no. Yes "eye liquid" tears and aqueous fluid are technically very very filtered forms of our blood.....But no..There is not a single documented case of transmission this way. Keep in mind it takes what we refer to as an innoculum to infect another person. There is scant virus present in these secretions so don't worry!
