No: malignancies are characterized by mutational changes in the gene structure, that is activating oncogenes. Carcinogens like benzene and viruses like the HPV, hepatitis virus, MMTV virus in breast cancer induce the genetic changes needed to induce malignancy , possibly with the EBV virus. Drug use, unless containing carcinogens do not cause cancer.
