See below: Xeloda (capecitabine) can shrink tumors in 3-4 weeks time. It would rarely cause bleedding in the vomitus...It could only happen if it has caused severe mouth/throat ulcerations which is uncommom but it does occur in 1-2% of the patients taking xeloda (capecitabine).
