What's the recomm. systemic treatment for a concurrent case of ringworm + athlete's foot that is too slow to resolve with topical use of clotrimazole?

Need better cream: Several systemic antifungals are available (terbinafine, fluconazole, itraconazole), but i generally go with a prescription-strength antifungal cream (ketoconazole, ciclopirox, etc.) before resorting to an oral medication.
