Probably sertraline: Crohn's is not known to be associated with low sex drive but this is a well-known and common side effect of sertraline. I don't know why you are on sertraline (it is not a treatment for crohn's) but it is almost certain that your low sex drive is a side effect of sertraline rather than due to crohn's. Yes: Even off sertraline, active cd can definitely affect sex drive. Your body is experiencing active inflammation and using all of its resources to try to heal itself. When it gets better, you will have more energy for normal activities. Don't feel bad about this. It is a normal part of the chronic illness experience.
