in the US a common practice is a pap within 3 yrs of starting intercourse or age 21 at the latest. There are rare causes of cervical cancer not related to sexual transmitted disorders. OBGYNS have equipment to do a pap less invasively on virginal patients.

Virginity is not a prevention to one getting cervical cancer so a regular Pap smear would be of value. Good Luck
