Weight loss: How tall are you? It is not feasible to target fat loss to a particular part of the body. Losing weight, not an easy feat, will reduce some fat from the face as well.

Don't focus on face: Each person carries excess weight differently. However, losing weight is the same for everyone. A combination of calorie (food) restriction and increased exercise (calorie burning) is the best approach. What is critical to realize is that you can't target a part of your body for weight loss. That said...You can consult with a plastic surgeon, but i would say that is a last resort.
