Yes: Yes, your ovary has a capsule on the outside and as you develop a dominant follicle you can feel the capsule stretch as the follicle gets larger. This can be interpreted by your body as bloating-type pain. Less likely would be the possibility that you have formed an ovarian cyst. If you're taking fertility medications then these symptoms can all be exaggerated.
