Get a pregnancy test: At this point you need to check a pregnancy test and consider a form of birth control in the future if you are sexually active

Pregnant?: At 44, it is still possible (but statistically not probable) to get pregnant. Get a serum HCG test to be certain, but see your OB provider for testing if it is negative, as you may just have a urinary tract infection.
