What does mild thickening of the mucosal lining in sinuses mean? dr said it was common finding on sinus ct scans.

Common finding.: Minimal (millimeter or two) thickening of mucosal lining of paranasal sinus. Usually related to allergies and not sinus infection. More worrisome findings are fluid representing infection and large cysts or mucoceles.
